Professor Dulek is and always will be the best option for GBA 490. Despite the rigor of the course and expectations with cases, attendance, class participation, it was incredibly enjoyable. Dulek truly cares about each of his students.

Dulek is one of those rare professors who goes above and beyond the required curriculum to ensure you are learning the core competencies of business and real life lessons. GBA490 is known for being impossible, but Dulek makes it enjoyable. He grades the cases much easier than the rest of the professors. Pay attention and get to know him.

Ron Dulek's methods and lectures are so impactful. He does an awesome job of keeping the class engaged and balances lecture and discussion really well. He has a wonderful handle on classroom antics and knows how to control the room. He has tons of experience and is readily available if you need him outside of class. He is an exceptional person.

The reviews are all true. I never rate professors, but Dr. Dulek was truly a joy. Don't take 490 with anyone else if you can avoid it. You will have to read the book though.

Dr. Dulek is an absolutely wonderful teacher and I suggest taking him for GBA 490. The tests are pretty tough but he grades very fairly on the cases and gives easy participation points that can boost your grade. His lectures are so fun and easy to listen to and it makes the material seem so interesting. Best teacher in the business school!!!!!!!

Dulek is a great professor, and I would definitely recommend taking him if possible. Very light lectures that are enjoyable, humorous, laced with good stories, and not just a rehash of the textbook. I did well on the cases and tests, but there was a large range of grades on those. I don't like the strategy game but it is what it is.

Dr. Dulek is the best of the best. I throughly enjoyed his class...that man knows business, and how to teach it. A few words of advice: do not underestimate the exams, use the EXACT format on the written cases, try to get on a good team for the BSG simulation and you'll do well.

Dulek is the best professor a the University. He deeply cares about his students and wants everyone to do well. Take Dulek over Strickland! Dulek made me actually want to get up and go to my 9:30 morning class.

Dr. Dulek is BY FAR the best teacher that I have ever dealt with in my entire school career. He defines what it means to be a great professor. Dr. Dulek truly cares about the well-being of his students and community- this is visible in the way he always makes time for his students as well as contributing to the YMCA- What an awesome person!!!!

I love this guy! Probably one of the most dynamic professors ive had in my 5 yrs at UA. He travels internationally on occassion but he is still able to answer our questions (thru email) while out of the country. That says a lot right there. Whatever you put into the class you will get out of it.
