Comment:

Mr. Sindric taught me some incredible life lessons not limited to Chemistry. He inspired me to expand myself beyond science and into appreciation for art, music and culinary arts. There is no doubt in my mind that I am a much more complete person due to his gift of teaching others. Thank you Ron!!

Comment:

If you don't attend class, do your homework and prepare, you will not make it through the class. Without a doubt he is one of the best teachers you can have for chem, but he is also one of the best teachers at preparing you for higher education. I would know, I just received my phD last week and it all started with his class.

He's a really good teacher and he loves it when you ask questions. He moves pretty slow, but you will learn whatever he makes it through in lecture. He doesn't teach out of the book which is great, kind of a value added. His tests are kind of hard, they make you think, which is good. Sindric is an experience totally worth having, I liked his class

He is one of the best teachers I have ever had. He does go off subject at times but he always says that if he is taking the time to talk about something then it is important. I have learned soo much from him. I also love that he doesn't go straight off the book..makes you think more.. hes awesome!

He's super nice and loves it when you ask questions. He takes a little getting used to, but once you understand his style, you'll learn a lot. I did. His tests are kind of hard, but he gives a lot of extra credit. He does ramble some, but usually it's connected in some way to what we're learning, which is cool, seeing how it's applied in real life.

One of the worst teachers I have ever had. He doesn't stay on topic, rambles on and on about random things that have nothing to do whit Chemisty. He doesn't get the papers graded when he say's he will. He doesn't check his emails either. Even if your class everyday you won't learn much and labs have very little to do with the class.

Its been years and I still remember this guy. I agree with a previous post that he "plays games" and not in a good way. The dude has obvious favourites, they will get As even if they don't deserve it. If he doesn't like you... its going to be hell. He has a vicious micromanager side that is very bitter. Total creeper.

I decided to take this class after an easier class with Sindric. He's a great teacher, great with questions. If you don't show up to class, you'll miss a lot and some of the info is not in the book and presented only in class and will be on the test. Ask a lot of questions, do the homework and you'll pass fine.

I really loved this class. You do have to show up or you'll miss a lot. He's a great teacher, a little crazy, but in a good way. He loves answering questons and that helps a lot he's always available to answer any questions you might have, and he doesn't make you feel stupid. If you show up to class and work a little bit, you'll do great.

Sindric is a good professor. Show up to class, do your work & ask questions and he will help you out. The material is harder than an average class at hawkeye. Test are somewhat hard but if you do the labs & the take home assignments, you'll do fine!

Sindric means well and if you are ready to be challenged, then he's your guy. Unfortunately, there are many people like myself who function better just being part of the scenery and taking notes/tests... if you are one of these people you will struggle in his classes.

I really enjoyed taking from Sindric. He is hard and expects you to work which is great. If you ask questions and try at least a little bit, you'll do fine. I loved his class and it was the best descision of my life to take from him. I hope to take more classes from him.

Sindric knows exactly what he is doing. He plays games with his students, is mean-spirited, and is simply not facilitating a positive learning environment. He is deliberately eccentric, and if he likes you he will help you, but most probably he will take out his petty frustrations upon you.
