This man will inspire you to be an Electrical Engineer. He is so clear cut in the class, that I can say that I have never had a professor this great at teaching. Highly recommend him in any course that he teaches.

If you are taking semiconductors, just make sure you write down and understand the EQUATIONS on the board. You need to be able to find the equations you will use in the problems so for the test you just plug in numbers. That's how I got an A!

Nice Guy, Bad Teacher. Hard to understand and make the class a lot of busy work and the tests overly difficult.

Funny guy and great teacher. Lectures were very interesting, especially when he discussed how the course material is used in modern applications. He really knows the subject and always cracks jokes, which kept the class fun. Tests weren't bad, and homework was really just a completion grade. I highly recommend Dr. Gharabagi to anyone.

Very nice and personal guy. His lectures are just out of control though. You will have pretty much no idea what he is talking about. Semi has been the most disorganized and confusing class I've ever taken. Nothing Roobik says connects well and it sounds like a bunch of rambling and then you lose ALL focus and eventually will be lost forever.

had him for semi, micro, and electronics. good teacher, very eager to help, but oftentimes his lectures turn into "roobik story time". this sometimes aint so bad tho.

3-4 tests. He gives make-up tests if overall scores were low, or he give make-up questions for partial credit. He is very helpful. Some homework. Comprehensive final. Overall this was a pretty decent class.

Every class is the same. Semiconductors. It doesn't matter what the course title is, you are going to learn (or maybe just hear) about semiconductors.
