She's an amazing teacher! She made the class extremely interesting and loves to have group discussions on the matter. Half the work she offers is extra credit and time consuming but easy. She screams for how passionate she is on the subject, she changed my college experience.

DONT TAKE!You will hate it. Her tests are so hard i dont know anybody who could get higher than a 65 on it. DONT RECOMEND HER! She left our class for two weeks to the Bahamas with no instruction on the date our library group assignment was due. She is so un-organized. SO many better teachers at Chaffey for sociology. dont waste your time

By Far the MOST AMAZING prof. I had in College!Her class can almost be life changing. She def gets you looking at life and how you view it. Very passionate on her subject. Only class I would wake up to go to for the interesting discussions.Def Hard Test, lots of papers just keep on top of it. Take home vid final and 1 group presention which isfun!

If you are a good writter and bad test taker, this is the class to be. she is very clear since the biginning, she gives you plenty of time to finish your assignments but you have to make sure you follow all her directions on the paper. She will help in anything you need. And allows extra credit on a daily basis.She is the best.

Aside from Paula (Snyder), Sergio (Gomez) and Lynn (Navarette), Prof. Langie is phenomenal. No doubt about it. Her lectures are inviting, forceful, and thought-provoking, and fun all at the same time. She doesn't hold back anything and is not afraid to speak her mind. Took her SOC 16 before and loved it. Everyone should take her.

Changed my view on many subjects. She is a very good lecturer and very passionate about her course. A fun class! A lot of papers though but takes place of exams!
