The best photography professor at this school. I've had all of them. She was insightful, dedicated (especially to those showing potential), and caring. That being said, she was a hardass if you had potential but were lazy and slacked off. She would give you honest opinions without safespaces. Thank you for pushing me to the professional level.

Comment:

One of the most influential photography teachers I have had. (And I have had quite a few). She is an artist, and teaches her students to look outside the box. She also knows the business side of photography and is the only one who has taught it. She expects you to try and find your passion in your art. Once my professor and now my friend.

Ste. Marie is truly an amazing professor. Her advice is very helpful. She seems kinda hard to approach at first because she's a bit sarcastic but don't be shy, she's great! She'll teach you everything you need to know. You definitely have to work for an A but getting an A from her is very rewarding!

St. Marie is Freekin Awesome! I learned so much in her class. I love her honesty. She doesn't give away A's easily, you gotta work for it and be passionate about your work. She's always willing to help you. She's a real nice lady.

She is a GREAT teacher... very helpfull and honest (very honest)... one of the best teachers. The class is not easy but it really really teaches you a looooot.... I've learned in two weeks more than I did last year in 2 semesters.
