This teacher writes WAY too much. By time I'm finished readin his page long question, I wonder if there was even a question in there. I started using a tutor and this one question took her almost our whole time together. She said the question did not make sense. Beware of this professor.

Sandy should not be teaching. I took his lecture class it is a total waste of time. Pros- cares very much about his students and how they do in the class; very nice and curtious. Cons-VERY hard to undersand, no in-class notes and he way over complicates things. Without a doubt one of the worst teachers I have ever had.

Sandy takes very hard material and expands on it, trying to elaborate on the concepts which can be confusing, but if you get through it you will ace the exam. He cares about his students and is willing to help. He is the Best prof. I have ever had and I took him online. Its a hard class but if you are willing to work take Lenchner's class and 4.

I took his class online and he is very hard to understand. Even some of the homework questions I had to reread about 20 times just understand what he was asking. I did find, however, that if you ask for help, he's willing to help find someway for you to understand. This class is hard, but if you put in the work, it pays off.

I took Sandy's 201 class on-line. It was very challenging. He does tend to severely over complicate things, but nonetheless, if you want to really learn and have an interest in Econ, he's the teacher to take. If you're just looking for easy credits, don't. It is NOT impossible to 4.0 this class. You just have to put in the work.

Lacks any clarity and runs on and on. And ladies he is for real creeper. "As you get older you find you like younger women even more" his exact words.

Incomprehensible teaching methods. Over complicates otherwise simple material then proceeds to talk about how hard the material is instead of going over it more thoroughly.

Sandy's class is really hard. He uses the most opaque wording I've ever encountered. BUT, if you put forth the effort, you can 4.0 the class. Ask him for help and clarification; he's a good guy.

Worst teacher in the history of teaching. His tests are a 17 page run on sentence. Send this guy back to the bread line!

He takes a long time explain things that should be simple, over complicating things. He just lectures the whole two hours with no break. If you read the book on your own though you should be able to get by. He gives long test but some questions are straight off of some homework and gives obvious answers sometimes. Still a pretty rough teacher

This class is tough. He grades his assignments fairly liberally, but his tests are not so easily graded as they are fill in the bubble type tests. He does give grade boosting questions on the tests which is nice and helpful. Took this class online and found his notes to be hard to read due to the wording that he chooses. Had to read multiple times.

Sandy was not the easiest professor but if you do as many unit assigments as possible and come to class, he does a good job at pulling your grade up towards the end of the semester, alright prof. just have to stay on him about your status give him a call evey so often.

Sandy's class is VERY challenging due to the fact that he has a million handouts and uses a confusing word choice to get his ideas across during his lectures. I had to get a tutor, but if you pay attention, come to class, and participate, you should be able to pass the class in some way. He's a very nice guy and will help you if you need it.

Sandy is not that bad. He does get sidetracked but all you need to do is come to class and pay somewhat attention to get a 3.0 or 4.0. The problem is that half the class never shows up so they miss his explanations of the handouts. I have showed up for almost all the classes, not studied too hard and I have a 4.0. It's not impossible...

Very low test score averages... For TEST 1 - Of 80 students only 1 "A", a handful (5 or 6) "B". Do the math... The class average was a failing grade on Exam 1. Keep this in mind while making your schedule.

I disagree that Sandy is unprepared, in my class he was so overprepared he was confusing. Handouts were sloppily written then copied, almost looked like treasure maps sometimes, and yes he will cover a topic to nauseum. Sandy means well but he is very confusing in class. I got a 4.0 by ignoring him 95 % of the time and studying on my own.

way too many handouts. handouts often reference one another. expectations are unclear due to extremely confusing word choice. attendence regularly takes 5-10 minutes. class does run smoothly.
