Legl research and writing 2. Rokely is a very clear and fair teacher. He wants you to succeed. The majority of the work is not hard. A9 and A10 just will take some time and research at the end. But he provides lot of feedback for you to get a good grade. My third time taking him. I would recommend.

Also have him for legal writing 2. One of the best legal teachers in terms of knowledge and passion for teaching. The only negative I have to say about him is he teaches some things as if you were a student at law school. Therefore, the assignments tend to be hard, yet are things you likely won't do as a paralegal.

Okay so I'm a legal student. Rokely is a very hard teacher. He didn't give us a study guide for the exam just told us since he's lectured on it, that we should know it. I even record it and still it doesn't help. I do my homework in advance. I'm a 4.0 student and still have a hard time with this class. I'm so disappointed I took this class with him

He brings real world examples into the lectures, and test review is student-led. He covers a lot of material in lectures so recording those is recommended. He is knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. He cares about students, but is not a push-over. The class isn't easy, but if you do your work and pay attention you will pass with no problem

He's a serious teacher with a great motivation - to make sure his students learn. I really enjoyed his classes that I've taken all available that he teaches for my curriculum. Without a doubt, if you want to learn something get this teacher. My recommendation? Bring a recorder to class. He covers a lot of material - but he's detailed and funny.

Very good professor, a lot of material to cover a lot of opportunities for extra credit. Attendance not required but extremely necessary to obtain a good grade. Material difficult but instructor is excellent at teaching subject.

I also had him for LEGL 115, he is more difficult in this class because there are actual assignments to turn in but you get a week to do them. Also only two tests in this class. He is helpful and is always willing to answer questions no matter how stupid you might think they are. I am planning on taking him again for his other legal research class.

Easy A. As long as you print off the power points and study those you should be fine. The book can be handy but not needed if you don't wanna buy it. 3 tests that are all multiple choice. Quiz after every chapter but are not graded, they are very handy for studying. Make sure to study the power points to not just the quizzes.

HE WAS GREAT! Loved his stories about his days as a lawyer. Never a dull moment. Daily quizes (10 question true or false) but if you study power point slides they are a breeze. If you study & come to class the exams aren't too difficult either. Book not used. I was horrified of this course before but when I took it I got a 4.0 :-) HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Overall it's a pretty easy class. Weekly quizzes so make sure you go to class. He does a great job of teaching the material. Only 3 exams and quizzes. No busy work. The final is just over the last unit. Don't buy the book! You might use it once if that.

He does teach mostly from the textbook, but he breaks it down and makes it a little easier to understand. He gives you a lot of leeway with the graded assignments; if you have a question, he will gladly answer it, but his assignments are well written and usually do not need clarification. He gives a lot of chances for extra credit.

Great teacher, easy to learn as long as you go to class. Class participation is a good chunk of the grade along with quizzes after every chapter. NO FINAL EXAM is a big plus. Only three tests worth a minimal part of your grade. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
