Favorite professor EVER. Truly knowledgable in History. Pay attention (which is hard not to), and participate. Easy grade, not boring at all, and it keeps you thinking. Easy exam essays too.

Incredible teacher. Period. If you can even get 1 professor like this in your lifetime, consider yourself lucky. And don't be so focused on the grade - you WILL pass if you just go to class and do his exams (super easy). Focus instead on just learning and listening to his class; it's VERY interesting and he WILL get you interested and talking.

Best class I have ever taken! Easy essay-based exams that are somewhat cumulative, 2 in-class and 1 take home, with material straight from the book. Class is mostly discussion, but even quiet people end up participating - it's that interesting. I'd take this class again just for the awesome professor!

My favorite professor of all time! I learned more in this class than any other I have taken. The 3 hour Saturday class flew by and was always enjoyable. Teacher is enthusiastic, knows the material and encourages class discussion. Highly recommended!

Fantastic teacher. Probably the best lecturer I've ever had. Nothing but lectures with some debate questions thrown in. 3 easy tests, 2 MC and one 1 essay. Really knows his stuff. I had a three hour class with him and it flew by every time.

Perhaps THE best professor EVER. Whether you're studying history/education or not, this class is definitely recommended. He is a model teacher. He's cool, enthusiastic about what he teaches, and very clear and structured in his lectures. Essay exams with prompts given beforehand.

Scott is an awesome lecturer. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. 3 tests, all essay, no curves. This is a great class. I normally have a very short attention span, but Scott keeps my attention the entire class period.
