Wonderful teacher, she explains herself very well and gives you extra points on tests even if you miss the answer. She also gives extra credit with mymathlab or bookwork. I am taking her class again for precalculus

I had to drop her class due to me being very sick, i wish i hadn't of though. she helped me out as much as possible. She was a wonderful teacher in the short time i had her. She def. does all she can to help her students. If i have to take another math class i will def. make sure she is professor if possible. does give lots of homework.

Math is not my strongest subject, but Mrs. Martens made the class enjoyable, she has witty sarcasm that is very funny. She is very 1 on 1, and will do whatever to help you. I would definitely take her class again. She gives minimal homework, but you are aloud to do the homework instead of the quiz which is very nice.

Professor Martens is a good professor. I would recommend her to anyone at Pellissippi. Just read ahead and take the class seriously. Otherwise you will be caught off guard by the tests like me. This class can be very good for you, and it can be very bad for you. It depends upon you and how hard you are willing to work.

A great teacher! Class, book, and homework is not mandatory, but is extremely beneficial. I don't see how you could get through the class without doing problems in the book. She is very available to help and to answer questions. She occasionally gives homework assignments, but they are not hard.

Amazing teacher! She's super fun & really easy going. She is really helpful. Homework is not mandatory. Attendence isn't either but you can get lost easily because she flies through material. A lot of quizzes but only a few tests. She is a great math teacher & I highly reccomend her.

Super cute and a great teacher! My class was struggling at first, but she really put extra effort into making sure we did better. Class isn't mandatory, but if you miss a day you will be behind. Exams are a bit hard, but she gives a review day for any questions you have. Take her! She is also very witty and keeps class fun

She is helpful, but that is all. The examples she goes over in class and the homework you do from book are nothing like the test. She bounces around and does not follow the book. She is very confusing and her test are very hard to understand what she wants you to do. I have made A's and B's in all my math classes up to this one, I made a C.
