Go to class and take notes. It's painful, but the book is crap. do ALL the old exams and you'l get a good mark. The teacher has a good sense of humour but doesn't want to teach anyone who doesn't have a burning passion for his subject. His teaching is aimed at those who know the most and in turn loses half the class
