People wonder if you have to actually use the textbooks you buy, well you do for this class. This class is pretty much power point after power point. She does however offer a lot of help when needed. If you don't miss any classes she drops your lowest test grade and she offers a couple extra credit options. All in all she is a great professor.

I had Susan for D&K and we didn't us the textbook ever, but we did use the 2 novels. Her class is all powerpoints and a lot of common sense. She's a nice teacher, but the class is incredibly dull, and the material has a certain aspect of "Who doesn't know this?" to it. She post all of her powerpoints online. Te way she puts grades in is confusing.

This is a great teacher. As long as you do the work in a timely matter and do a good job of it along with keeping up you will receve an A even if you did not do an assignment right. She always is there to help and answer any questions you may have.

I have taken all of susans classes, D&K, sanitation, the service economy, genatology and shattering gender sterotypes, she is a powerpoint dull teacher but a wonderful lady who is always willing to help. her classes are boring, but realistic.

Great teacher. She will keep you on track with your assignments. If you do what she asks for assignments you will be alright. Make sure that if you don't understanding anything she is teaching that you than ask her and she will work with you to make sure that you understand it.

Sue is a great person, she always finds a way to get her students going...once your past you imature freshamn year she really opens up and talks to you like a person. I would take another of her classes in a heartbeat!
