I attended class all semester and had an A as my mid-semester grade, at the end of the semester, Sue failed me and now i'm in her boring class for another semester just to get my GPA back on track. You have to give up your weekend to sing at long recitals and if you dont attend them, you fail. Do NOT take this class if you dont have to.

O GOSH SUE!!I hate her with a passion! She is a nice person, but teacher.HORRIBLE! Had her for Show Choir & Chorus.She sucks at playing piano,keeping rhythm & if you point a rhythm she counted wrong she will ignore FOREVER!Basically she makes the choir sound bad & makes herself LOOK bad.I'm such a music geek so she pissed me off all the time.

Good Teacher. Her notes come straight from the book. Do the listening part and study notes, you should be fine. Do the concert requirements as soon as you can. Go to the first three that she tells you abt. I've seen pple fail bc they waited too long. and they expect her to give them an out. Ths is college, man up.

This class is an easy A if you study before tests and make sure you go to concerts early. Make sure you attend class because she takes off if you dont! You can get buy with-out the book if you take notes in class, she takes everything right from it, word for word.

This lady is so serious about music till its SAD. All u learn about is classical music, baroque period, renissance and all dat bad stuff.we have to go to concerts or we will fail the class. very, very, VERY BORING. i HATE IT>

My Aunt who teaches music at Wintrop U and my cousin who teaches music in Highschool said she is the reason why students hate music after the class. If you are on her religous or social level you will do good in her class. If you are a teacher's, professor's or friends son or daughter then you will do fine or if you live near her. she's a joke.

Spiteful. Said I could not re-do a report bc she didn't want this guy to get a chance to re-do his ZERO. Unclear. Said to write Report one way, then docked me bc she changed her mind. Seems nice. She's NOT. Oh...has teacher's pets. Be warned!

She adores music and it shows. Tests come straight out of the book. Read what she assigns - she loves pop quizes. Get your concerts out of the way ASAP. Take notes at the concert then fill your revew with a bunch of BS. Turn them early in the semester, tell her how much you enjoyed the concert when you hand it in and you will be one of her faves.

i find her rude. she's ditzy too. the class isn't too hard. she made a friend of mine miss a close friend's funeral to make a chorus concert or else she'd fail her. maybe she would have had to do that, but she was extremely rude and unsensitive. make sure you study if you want to do well on the tests; they aren't easy, but they aren't extremely har

This class...is BORING. She's pretty nice as a person, but shes really into her subject, which most 20 year olds make fun of. Her tests are really easy if u study the study guide, projects are fairly easy, but her pop quizzes suck. Concert reviews can sub for bad ones so thats good, its a pretty easy A if u do the work

Mrs. Orr is nice and pretty funny. Her pop quizzes suck cuz if you don't keep up with the reading, you'll make a 30 on them. Tests are really easy if you study the study guide and you can sub concert reviews for bad quiz grades, which can up your grade if you're willing to go to a few more concerts
