Yoshizumi Sensei was by far one of the best teachers I have ever had. Japanese is a hard language but she made it fun and although she tests you often, she knows what she is doing. This class was one of my best memories so far at school. Fabulous prof.

Comment:

This course requires a lot of work and memorization but if you do the work the tests and quiz's are very easy. She basically tells you exactly what will be on the exams. Occasionally I found it difficult for her to explain a concept to me if I didn't get it the first time but overall she is a sweetheart and I would recommend her class!

Awesome prof. attend class and everything will make sense. Takes any extra class time to help students. Easy assignments and is a fairly easy marker to boot. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I loved her. She was easy and really into teaching. I looked forward everyday and her teaching style is very good for teaching languages. Not to mention she is very clear on what the class would be doing everyday. Make sure to do your homework because everything that gets marked is based on your homework. You also do skits but it was pretty comical

I adore her. She is sweet, funny and adorable. She is very helpful and makes the class fun and worth attending. Do your homework and you'll do great in this class. Her quizzes and chapter tests aren't very long and she is a fair marker.

Takeo is an awesome teacher!! She gives great examples and explains things thoroughly. Quite patient to her students and understands that languages can be hard to learn. I loved her class, except for the skits but other than that as long as you attend class and do your work you'll have fun!

I ADORE HER! She really cared for her students, I usually have trouble writing the hiragana "ka" and she would made me wait 2 min after class and made me re write it. Ha, that class was like my family. The asians and Cacassian interact well with each other, but it is evident that there is a clear line lol. It was an unbelievble experience.

I thought I was going to fail the class when I saw the textbook. As soon as the first week was over, I was hooked! Awesome teacher! You just gotta work hard for the class and review everyday. For anyone that has taken her class, didn't you enjoy doing taichi and karate chops? CAUSE I SURE DID!

i had never spoken a word of japanese before this class, and i found she was VERY patient when it came to the learning of her students. she was always willing to help. Extremely nice person! you have to do your homework and study though to keep up as there is a lot to learn! she is very good at explaining the worth tho. :)
