Comment:
I had him for heat transfer and fluids II, and you with love him our hate him. He does teach well, and with no accent and good handwriting he's an alright choice. Outside of class he really isn't helpful. Sometimes he comes of like you aren't worth his time and others he won't do much other than a slight nudge in the right direction.

Comment:
Bergman is the BEST TEACHER AT UCONN, an excellent Fluids II teacher. The tests are 70% straight from the notes and its an open book test. You just copy by hand the very detailed notes he copies on the board, he has good hand writing, and if you are respectful and copy everything down you'll be great for the test and learn a lot.

Comment:
bergman told both sections that if they couldnt make the exam on friday before spring break (exam had been delayed two weeks from original) they could call a number (the president of Uconn) and ask why they had to have snow days. People had to cancel flights bc he refused to allow them to even take it on wed or thurs before leaving campus

Comment:
This professor is the biggest a**hole at UConn. He is an impossible teacher. Will refuse to help you if you ask for any. He believes he is God's gift to Uconn. Exams are impossible and he grades very unfairly. NOOOOO partial credit. Do not go near this man, you will hate life if you listen to him.

Would not function in society. Likes to pretend he is talking to preschool. You will learn more and have more faith in engineering if you avoid this man
