Comment:

Dr. Druart is a doll! Her accent is sometimes hard to understand but she's more than willing to explain things when you need it. I didn't do most of the readings but my life probably would have been easier if I did. She's very kind and wicked smart, so I would definitely take a class with her again if I had a chance.

Comment:

Dr. Druart is an amazing person and professor. However, over the course of our semester, she wasn't really consistent with her teaching. She does give good feedback on assignments and is always happy to host office hours or meet by appointment. Sad to see her go, she made the first semester, in a way, entertaining. Gotta love Ricky Bushytail!

Excellent professor. Expectations were very clear, course was well organized. Her lectures were almost always clear. Enjoyed the class. Very enthusiastic teacher, beautiful Belgium accent, and she a has a thing for squirrels.

I ADORE this woman. She's interesting, thorough, and funny. I TOTALLY disagree with the comments about brown nosers because the dude in my class that's trying for that is doing really poorly. My papers have gone well, and the midterm was just like she said it would be. I think she's fab.

Her class can be boring if the students don't care, but Dr. Druart has an incredible ability to clarify incomprehensible philosophical texts. She's also really patient with questions and cares about her students. Definitely recommend!

Nice lady, but definitely has a few screws loose. She really is incredibly intelligent, and she knows what she's doing; however, she's just not meant to be a teacher. I do think people are a lot more critical of her than need be. It's possible to do well in her class - just participate, work hard, show interest.

Awful prof. A nice lady, and I can get used to the thick accent, but when it comes down to it, she can't teach. She's brilliant but unable to transfer any of her knowledge. And I agree: way too picky on papers.
