I had John for speech com. He's great. I love public speaking anyway, but he's an awesome guy. Really helpful and very clear on what he expects and how he grades speeches. Also offers big time extra credit. I would totally take this class again and I highly recommend him.

I have taken all but Tindell's film class and he is amazing. His classes are easy and enjoyable. He was the teacher that made the best impression on my college life. I can't recommend him enough. He will make you WANT to come to his class. Promise.

He's a great guy and teacher he cares so much for his students, but if something happens and you get pushed back in class you have to talk to him he will help you out so much! when you write his papers he tells you what he wants in his paper very detailed instructions which make writing his papers a piece of cake! TAKE HIS CLASS!

I wont lie he was a great instructor... but what really pissed me off towards the end was his need to become a prick if u tried to prove him wrong... a tip id giv him stop having students hand there papers to the front desk... so unreliable and careless have them hand it straight to u.. duh no room for error then..

I had him for speech communication. He is the best teacher. No homework or quizes or tests. Just couple speeches and rest al fun. He's really good laid back and fun teacher to be with. I would say take for every class he teaches.

He has got to be the BEST teacher I have ever had in my life. Im at a new school now, and I continually compare teachers, I say to myself "Oh he's no Tindell!" I had him for Film and Group Communications, hes awesome. Laid back, Funny, and he treats you like an adult not so much a student. He will bend over backwards to help you out. TAKE HIS CLASS
