The tests were difficult, but his lectures werent bad and the homework is done in groups. His accent isnt that bad, but he could be more friendly in general.

He is very passionate/knowledgeable about the subject. Go to his office hours to ask questions about the HW (start it early). That being said, he can give excessive HW assignments sometimes that would take hours to do alone. His exams are very challenging even if you know the material well. This class will take up most of your time all semester.

He is an excellent professor, an amazing person, and 100% dedicated to work and helping students. I took 2 classes with him; he did a great job teaching us and encouraged us to think hard and to think like engineers. On the plus side, he seems to be a personable guy in class and can be entertaining. Also has nice slides that are great for review. Other than that... impossible to understand explanations of theory, tedious homework, kind of a jerk, and hard grading = no fun. I got a 75 on the first test because of a plus/minus sign mistake. WTH?
