This professor has been sarcastic and at times funny. He doesn't grade very well and expects us to read his mind. He doesn't explain things very well. He is very hard grader but lets you do all the work in class. pretty sure he was smoking something last time he graded my papers

9 AM MWF- class was extremely boring,did not explain portfolio assignments well in class, and is a harsh grader with PAPERS. All other assignments are super easy and contribute to the easy A-B that you can earn in his class if you read directions on Blackboard. I found him to be sarcastic and rude at times. Does not hear well.

Boring class, we don't do that much stuff in class. However, he expects you to work on your portfolio papers outside of class. He has graded a little bit harshly, but he gives a chance to rewrite. DO THE EXTRA CRIDET CUZ IT IS HELPFUL.

Very easy class. He gets VERY behind on his grading, though. We spent a lot of time reading in class (as in, we went around the class, everyone reading a paragraph aloud). The class was pretty boring, but an easy A. Tip: For the midterm "paper", make a fake facebook page for a Beowulf character. I got 100% on mine. And much easier than a paper!

He is an easy teacher. Show up to class and do the work and you will get an A. All the work and papers he assigns are easy. We watched three movies during class. He seems to come up with assignments as he goes but they are easy. The final was a two page paper over one of the movies we watched. I would recommend Mr. Pease for an easy A.

He is so fun! he brought his guitar in one day and played for us. he can be difficult with grading, but allows redo's and makes exceptions for grades. great teacher!

This teacher grades a little hard, but you only have to write two papers. The one paper is a MLA and the other is an interview style paper. Most of the time you leave class early or class gets canceled. You watch a lot of movies and go to the computer lab a lot and do nothing! If you want a easy class take PEASE!

Class is pointless. It makes me mad to waste my hour sitting here. You wright two papers and he is not the easiest grader. You do a lot of busywork in class that he hardly collects. Take this if you just want to sit and waste your life to get the credit.

If you are a mildly good writer and want a little challenge steer clear of this class. Although there isnt much work, the work is graded pretty hard and the papers are pretty generic most of the time. Overall, its an ok intro class and if you want an "easy" A might want to look at a different prof. as his grading scale is pretty tough.

Cool enough guy, and the class was interesting. For the Vietnam course during the summer you need something like 5 different novels, 3 of which you actually touch at some point in the session. I read MAYBE 20 of the 300 or so assigned pages and walked out of there with a B+. I'm not complaining,but if you're looking for a challenge, look elsewhere.

Worthless class. Rarley did anything in the time we were there. Half the time we got out early. But it was an Easy grade with on 2 papers to write.

The time in the classroom is worthless, but you only have to write two papers: one 5-7 page research paper and one 5-7 page (including 2 page interview) field paper where you go observe people and write about it. He grades pretty hard, but you get rewrites. Final was 750 words about a movie we watched the last week of class. Nice guy - laid back.

Verrrry boring. He takes attendance but it is so worthless to go to class. Grades VERY HARD but you only do two papers and he lets u do rewrites for your papers to better your grade. He did give us a takehome final and we had to write 750 words about a movie we watched!
