This teacher is in North Carolina which I found very odd, as he is difficult to reach even during office hours. Which is not helpful for an online class! He has ridiculous requirements for an ONLINE class, making the class difficult. NO no, the TEACHER is difficult, not the class. Any other teacher teaching communications class has to be better!!

The class was great and the discussions were awesome. The only problem that I had were the timed tests. I read the book and got a 70% on mid-term and a 75% on the final. I participated and busted my bum trying to get an "A" and I pulled an 89.3% and ended up getting a B+. He gave us extra credit to! But if you want an easy "B" take the class.

This guy is wacko! Not open minded to knew ideas, grading is vague. Reminds me of a beaver. An angry beaver, like that cartoon. Anyway, he's not helpful and has a cheesy voice that annoys the hell out of everyone, and so it is difficult to understand the point he is trying to make.

he loves to make jokes and be very upbeat. some people may not like that, but it helps reduce the stress of speakin in front of everyone. i'm enjoyin it so far. i much rather take mr. b's class than a guy that is a jack a***.

Mr. B is decent teacher. I just don't care for his grading system. He grades you speeches in three categories which is GOOD, ADEQUATE, or NEED IMPROVEMENT. I prefer the A, B, C, D, F grading system.

Different types of speeches. Attendance and tardiness count. Book use for midterm. Evaluates speeches so you can make improvements. Encouraging, helpful. I have great fear of pub. speaking; now I can talk in front of people more easily. No put-downs. Learned much. No special exceptions. Good luck! "Embrace your fear!" Taking his 151 class next.

This is the most hyper teacher I've ever met. He laughs at his own jokes, and he can't seem to sit still, but he's a great teacher. VERY understanding, and willing to help you whenever. No teacher could make public speaking this easy and simple. I highly recommend.

He is an Ex-DJ. He is very funny guy. He makes a class fun and interesting. You will be able to enjoy giving a speech in front of people!!
