Dr. P is a great professor. Her text for modern algebra is well written and she intends for you to read the section(s) before class to get the most out of it. The homework will sometimes contain ridiculously difficult problems. If you go to office hours she will help you on these. Also took her for Group Theory, which I'd give the same comments for

Dr. P is an excellent choice for a calc professor. She explains the material well and goes around the classroom to make sure everyone understands. She takes the time to learn every single student's name in the class and is very passionate about math. Do all of the homework problems as some of them are word for word on the test. Definitely take her!

Dr. P is an great professor and knows the material well. Weekly quizzes are based on the homework, so if you do them you should do well on the quizzes. 2 exams and a final. She explains herself well, and is willing to help any student out. Tests are fair, the material is expected. Getting a B isn't hard, just put in the work

Dr. P is such a wonderful Professor!! The best way to succeed in her class is to focus on closely studying the homework assignments and the notes. Don't worry about studying the web assigns. Do ALL homework problems and make sure you really understand them and you should not have a problem with the tests.

Dr. Papantonopoulou is a sweet, nice woman who is clearly passionate about her work. GO TO LECTURE! She does a bunch of practice problems and they are so helpful. Also, make sure to pay her a visit during office hours. Although she is extremely professional, she is also human and an overall very interesting person.

Great notes and example problems in class. Quizzes/tests very predictable based on lecture and homework, but they are definitely challenging. Just pay attention in class, do the harder problems out of the hw she gives you, and you'll be good. Solid, fair professor.

Calculus with Professor P was a delightful experience. The key to succeeding in her class is to simply do all the homework assignments and actually struggle through the material. I received an A in the course. Her exams and quizzes are direct reflections of the homework, do it and you'll be golden. (Easier said than done)

Very difficult subject matter, but she literally wrote the book on it. Knows everything well, willing to stop and explain herself during class. HW is difficult, but its good preparation for the test. If you put the effort in, getting a B in the class shouldn't be too hard.
