Dr. Branstetter is very dry and kind of sarcastic. She makes class interesting. I really, really liked this class, but you DO have to read the chapter because the tests are pretty hard, and she puts a few questions from the book on each one.

I loved this class and I chose to switch my major to Psych after it! Dr. Branstetter makes everything extremely clear and tests were easy for me. This class really did spark my interest in psychology.

Mrs. Branstetter is a great teacher... there will be nothing on tests that you do not go over in class (or otherwise). No unexpected questions. Fun class. She makes it interesting and has great stories.

Interesting class. She's a good teacher but the class is not easy by any means. She tests over the book even though it isn't used in class. As long as you study the powerpoints and take notes on what she says, you should do fine. She expects a lot out of students but I really enjoyed the class.

Dr. Branstetter is a really nice and fun teacher. She always has these random stories, but it does make class interesting. However, I honestly worked really really hard and still barely got by with a B.Tests are hard. Make sure to always look through the chapters its helpful. Overall she is a pretty good teacher.

She has interesting stories to help understand disorders. Has 4 tests & 1 paper.Tests are hard and sometimes ambiguious, so you HAVE to be in class AND read the book to really get it. She's a cool lady, funny, and gives random extra credit for attendance and on tests. Occassionally, she lets out early.Take notes & study if want a good grade.

If you like working for grades or psych major, good. If not, don't take. Note taking required for test problems, grade only on 5 tests (250pts), 3 experiemtn participation (30pts). Nice teacher, clear, helpful, enjoy listening to. Must either KNOW material for tests or not. No guessing. It's impossible. Much studying necessary.

She is a really nice teacher. She does get really annoyed when people are talking during lecture...and she is not afraid to point you out in front of the class. Her tests are pretty hard and she doesn't do enough to get people prepared for them. She will, however, let you out of class early.

all she does is show power points and really doesn't do anything to help you to know what is actually on the test. She spends a lot of time wasting class with her stories. 50 percent of the stuff she lectures on is not on the test. I did not like her class at all!

She makes the class interesting with her stories. Explains things pretty well, expects you to read the book though which is HUGE! If you pay attention in class, take good notes, and skim the book its easy to get an A or B. She requires one term paper, which is hard to write. Overall a good class and a good teacher. I recommend it.

The test were extreamly hard. I thought she was kind of interesing, but lectured over stuff that was not on test. She put stuff on test that was not in book or notes. Would not recomend. Very hard teacher, but fun class to learn about.

Very hard class. Tests are impossible, and is unwilling to change tests, even though most students do horrible. No part pts, no pts for coming to class, just 4 tests and 1 paper- which she grades very hard. All she does is lecture from powerpoints, which are not even on the tests.-

Since all notes are on Powerpoint, the lecture is easy to follow. She's very sweet, and helpful. The tests are easy if you read the book, and take the pre-tests. I totally reccommend her as a teacher.

Lectures by powerpoint and is very easy to follow. Test are kinda hard, but if u understand the notes and read the book you should do good. There is no comprehensive final but you do have to do a 6 page paper over a disorder. She grades very fairly.
