Dr. Frederking will never give you full points on an assignment. Anything in the "A-" region is basically an A++. I like him, though I am also really into politics. Comparative Politics is offered once every 4 semesters and you can tell as the class didn't run as smoothly as it could have, but it is an "into" class so he treats it as such.

Dr. Frederking is a very intelligent man with a lot of insight to offer. His upper level courses are quite difficult and consist of a lot of writing and research. Be prepared to work hard, but also to learn a lot and enjoy his lectures.

This guy knows his stuff, plain and simple. McKenree is fortunate to have him, he could go and teach wherever he wants, but he stays here. You will learn stuff from this guy that is not just schoolwork, it is applicable in many life aspects.
