He will lecture all class, every class. You have one paper, which he breaks up into several checkpoints throughout the semester. No homework, but EXTREMELY boring. I'm a 4.0 student and love school, but man this guy made me want to drop out daily. If politics is your thing, take him. If you don't have the passion for it, trust me and just don't.

Hes a average professor, he cares about what hes teaching about but he drones on and on and on and lectures for the whole class. Sure sometimes he gets you out of class early but his class is a bore. I'm in his class right now writing this. There are people to my right and left watching netflix, on facebook etc... No homework, boring class.

If you don't like Prof's who drone on and on or aren't interested in politics don't take. For me this I fine but I can see why others wouldn't like. He's pretty straightforward with what you need and if you know politics you'll be able to ace the tests without the book. If you're just trying to fulfill a requirement take someone else.

DO NOT TAKE 8 AM CLASS!!!!!! I did not heed this warning and regretted it immensely. He usually lets you out 30 mins early if you take the T,TH class at least. There is no homework, but the midterm and final are long papers as well as in-class exams. He took attendance, but didn't seem to factor it too much into the grade. Nice, but super boring.

He can be very boring as he just lectures and if no one participates or asks questions it's just him talking. He's a very easy grader and there is rarely homework. Midterm, Final, one 5-10 pg paper all graded fairly/easily. Boring but easy class overall. Would recommend to people with minor interest in politics.

HE IS THE WORST PROFESSOR DO NOT TAKE HIM. He is rude and disrespectful to his students and is completely unwilling to help his students. There is one midterm, two papers, and a final. He is boring and too smart to teach. Do not take.

Great teacher. Lectures whole class. Very smart knows a lot. Only 3 major assignments; midterm, paper, and final. Very easy class. Take notes and you wont need to open the book.

Easy class however, extremely boring. Lectures the whole time in a monotone voice that will lull you to sleep at anytime of the day. However if you take it at 8am, fact: you will fall asleep. Not a lot of notes midterm, paper, final. Very easy....very boring. Choose wisely.

VERY BORING. Heed the warning, DO NOT take 8am! He is smart and knows alot so if you do have questions he will be happy to answer. No one usually participates; grade is HEAVILY dependent on attendance. All he does is lecture, you don't even need to take notes. No work but mid-term,final, and paper which are easy. Be wise about choosing this class!

Very easy class. Only work is midterm, research paper, and final. Both the final and midterm are very easy and the paper isn't bad at all. His lectures can get really boring. He is very smart but he gets into extreme detail about topics and quickly gets boring. Bring laptop, get an easy A and you'll be fine

By far the WORST and most BORING professor I have ever had. Impossible to pay attention. He just talks the whole time and writes almost nothing on the board. Only take this class as a last resort. And if you do, bring something to keep yourself entertained.

He knows everything. No joke. He went to MIT. Some of the topics are interesting but be prepared to be drawing a lot of pictures on your notes it gets boring. Easy grader, basically no work, keeps you the whole time and sometimes more but I'd def. take him again he's a good guy.

I have to say that the guy knows what he's talking about, but he just doesn't talk about it at the right times. He's all over the place in his subjects. He means well, but he's a little strange. Keeps you there for every last second.
