Comment:

Take Cheri if possible! Most passionate & genuine professor I have had at ISU. If you complete assignments (basically one a week) you get 100%. The assignments are easy and not time consuming at all. I had a monday night class & LOVED it. I was always excited to go to class because she made it so much fun & you got to work in groups & meet people.

She is an amazing teacher! The class is always fun! I had her for a night class and I never stayed the entire time. She is super nice and loves technology. I would definitely take her again!

Technology crazy. Shows youtube videos the whole time, projects have to be done on some program you've never heard of before. However, the programs are easy to figure out and if you do the work you get a 100% pretty much.

Very easy class. Although there are no tests, I can say I walked out knowing the information and with a lot of gained knowledge about teaching. She relates everything to helpful real life classroom situations. Very helpful teacher! Highly suggest her.

I really like her as a teacher. She grades very VERY easy. Everybody gets 100% on assignments, and although she isn't very clear about what we are supposed to do, she is open to questions and you can get help from your classmates. She gives second chances if you screw up. great teacher. lots of videos. you need the book.

Dr. Toledo is very knowledgable in integrating technology into the classroom. She leaves a lot of decisions for projects up to the students which caused many students to be stressed from uncertainty, but she is available to talk to and get help. She causes students think critically and independently.

Very much a constructive facilitator. Do NOT take this class if you need a sage on the stage or someone to hold your hand and tell you where to go. Take this professors classes if you like to think on your own and discuss your ideas and expand your boundaries.

Her adssignments are easy to ace...if you can figure out what your suppose to do. She never gives any sort of usful instructions, work is not graded in a timly manner and most of the time I don't think she knows which way is up. She also never tells you about the teacher requirments your suppose to be doing until it's almost too late to do them.

Toledo does not spoon feed students. She relies on students to explore and learn, forcing them to think for themselves. Once you get the hang of it, her classes are great! Pick a topic and start exploring. She will not hold you back. I don't recommend her to students who must be spoon-fed everything. Her classes are like the real world.

Dr. Toledo was quite unhelpful and seemed too busy to be bothered with our course or our questions. It took her a very long time to grade anything, and didn't clarify her assignments or her grading standards besides on one major assignment. I wouldn't recommend her.

She is the most useless teacher on this university. She knows nothing about the teacher requirements in the class and does nothing but confuse you. However, if you are very organized you might still want to take her because she grades very easily.

I have no idea how she has gotten such great reviews. She is very cold and does not help students. She does not clarify anything. I learned more about teaching in the geography class i took freshman year of high school.
