Dr. Wilson is great! She's very helpful and understanding of life circumstances. She provides thorough reviews for all exams and most exam info is covered in lecture. She is always willing to meet or answer emails/her house phone to help with questions. Just do the amount of work expected for almost any undergrad course and you should make an A.

Dr. Wilson is an extremely sweet lady! Her class consists of mostly lectures with some group discussion. She is very understanding and always willing to help. She is always clear on instructions, therefore it's very possible to earn an A. Definitely recommend her!

Dr. Wilson is an extremely nice lady. She is kind, understanding, flexible and willing to work with you if you are willing to communicate with her. I do take issue with her tests because they are very vague and all writing based. It's hard to know what exactly she expects, but if you ask, she's willing to help.

Difficult/vague papers, but very passionate about what she teaches, and lectures are usually interesting. Her tests were all short answer/essay, but there were no surprises, and we always reviewed the class before. A fairly painless way of taking a mandatory history class.

Loves what she teaches and is knowledgable. She is a tough grader on papers (lots of them), but is willing to help out in any way. Her tests are not that bad, you just have to study and memorize events, but most importantly, tell the significance of the events. Overall, Dr. Wilson is extremely nice and helpful.

I love Wilson, had her for five classes. She knows what she's talking about, but she also knows what she likes to talk about (France). She's a tough grader, but she's open to helping with drafts and such. Plus she brings cake, candy, and cookies sometimes. A really nice woman.

someone once described the dark ages as 100 years without a bath. i think this would be an apt description for christie wilson's identities of the west class, now titled history and evolution of global processes. She is an overly difficult grader, and unclear. The papers I tried the most on I received the worst grades. The tests were moderate.

It was a pretty challenging class but it wasn't too difficult. There were a couple papers due like with all history classes. The final paper was definitely the toughest, being 12-15 pages long. The class was interesting and I recommend it.

She is SOO sweet. Her class is not my thing cause i'm not really into history, but she makes it great. She has a lot of information to share and is very knowledgeable. Keep up with the readings and do the homework and you'll get a good grade. Participate in class and you'll get so much out of it. I highly recommend taking her for any course.

She is a really nice teacher, and rather than lecture, her class spends most of it's time in discussion. She's a tough grader though, and it's had to please her with the assignments you have. Overall, it's a typical college class. It's what you would expect from it.

Her assignments for papers were very vague! She had to clarify what she wanted us to write about several times in class. She thinks she is smarter than you and looks down on you if you ask her for help. She is the worst teacher I have had here and is not here for her students! do not take her! boring and useless power points

The subject is lame, but I took US Hist 1 the semester before. Wilson is good, she's clear. Her papers are vague, but just ask for help and she's willing to help. Don't get up during class or walk infront of her when she's speaking and you'll be in the clear.

The identity of the west doesn't have as much to do with french christians as she'd like to think. We covered the roots of europe....without talking about the moors? Hm. In fact, I can't recall hearing about much of spain. Little bit about muslims, though. WAKE UP, LADY!
