Jim is an enthusiastic professor who cares about his students' success in and out of the classroom. I was intimidated to take a theater class, as I am not a theater major/minor, but Jim made me fall in love with the department. He understood that I didn't have a background in theater and was willing to help me outside of class.

This professor is absolutely amazing. He is now my minor advisor. He is incredibly smart, professional, and excellent at what he does. He is a fantastic teacher and also a great person who goes out of his way to get know his students. Highly recommended. I disagree entirely with the person who commented below that he is unprofessional.

This man is great and friendly until you have an opinion that he disagrees with. Then, he'll make your life a living hell. Knowledgeable and articulate in the classroom, but outside? Disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional.
