Comment:

Dr. Weingart is one of the best professors I've ever had. She cares about her students so much, she's really nice, her lectures are incredibly interesting, and she's just all around great. She helps you out when you need it, but pushes you to be independent and develop complex skills, especially in lab.

Comment:

She is a very sweet professor. Very caring of you if you're sick or your printer broke and you didnt have your homework printed in time or have a question with the homework. She kind of teaches in a very childish way (not necessarily bad). She plays videos in class that teachers would play in highschool, etc.

She is a great professor in that she teaches very clearly and direct but is a very tough grader. Be sure to go to her office hours if there are any uncertainties at all. Will totally challenge you. Overall, good lectures and a great person but tough on grading and not many assignments to help boost your grade if you slipped up.

Dr. Weingart is a great bio professor. She is passionate about her class. We also did a service learning project that was so much fun. Tough grader but willing to help you if you ask! Read before class!

Comment:

She is very nice and caring professor. She takes a lot of time explaining the course materials and tries different methods to help her students understand. However, she can be a bit uncertain at times and alsoslow at grading stuff. Her exams maybe be a bit rough, but they actually show you how well you know the materials. I recommend her as a prof!

extremely well organized. would never go off on a tangent. very good at making things seem logical and easy to understand. very difficult tests and very harsh grader but youll learn a lot more than you ever have in a bio class.

Dr. Weingart is a good professor; her classes are always interesting and she's very knowledgeable about her stuff. Easy to meet with, sometimes gets flustered and seems unfriendly, but she's not. She's a very fair grader, but her tests are like a marathon...really long and really intense.

Dr. Weingart is not an easy professor, but she knowledgeable, kind, and fun, and class is enjoyable. She expects you to work.I learned a lot from her!She is a picky grader, but not unreasonable and her tests are far from impossible, but studying is definitely necessary! Labs are well-organized and interesting.I hope to take another course from her.

Had her for cell and molec. The lady is a nightmare. She can't teach for her life, she is insanely difficult, and you really need to learn on your own from the book. She's not helpful during office hours but if you study on your own, you'll be fine. Her final exam was super easy though.

can't believe this woman is a professor. she has trouble answering questions. she grades unfairly. if you memorize something she says you don't "know" it. Isn't confident at all in her own knowledge. would never take a class from her again. her quizes are easy, but her tests are impossible! >:(
