Comment:

Not sure why this course is even offered. I know for a fact that he has no lecture notes, no slides, no plan whatsoever. Just shows up and starts talking and scribbling. Which means even HE doesn't know what's on the exams. On top of that, he is just mean, he straight up told me I'm not smart. Worst prof in higher education. Not worth the tuition.

Comment:

I have never had a worse professor in my life. Scribbles on the board and calls it class. "I have no idea what I taught you guys this semester. I have no notes." Pretty sure he's retiring but if not, I'd wait to take his courses until he leaves. It's a shame because the material could have been so interesting if he actually taught it.

he talks and writes stuff on the board, but still isn't very clear about what we're learning. he supplemented his lectures with slides but they're mostly pictures. he doesn't speak very loudly and he talks like you're supposed to know what he's teaching you and he's just supplementing your knowledge.

I've been in his class for literally a week and he is the worst professor I've ever seen. The fact that he is allowed to teach a college class is disturbing.

He's a pretty intimidating guy on the exterior but he is actually really caring and hilarious when you get to know him. Show him you give a %#$@ about his class and he'll help you out. He expects you to know a lot, but isn't all that patronizing when you don't. Be open and be honest and he's pretty understanding. Hardest class I've ever taken.

You have to understand the textbook and the extra material he teaches in class in order to pass the class. Not the best lecturer - he mumbles and the way he presents the material is very disconnected. Can come off as very condescending, but he is very intelligent.

Cundall is the absolute worst professor I've ever had. He mumbles and doodles for an hour, rarely finishes his sentences, and is extremely condescending. He'll look at the class after asking a question for 5 minutes before realizing we have no idea what he's saying. There's no way to study for exams. At least half of it was never mentioned ever.

Prof. Cundall is easily the worst professor I've ever had. He scribbles on the board for an entire hour of class, does not finish a single sentence, leaving you with notes that are completely unusable, does not use powerpoint or a textbook (so good luck figuring out what to study) and, to top it all off, is condescending as hell.

He is very unprepared for class. No structure or organization in his way of teaching or testing. He does not use slides and talks aimlessly. He doesn't finish his sentences and just says things under his breath. When you ask him questions, he makes fun of you and doesn't actually answer your question, most likely because he doesn't know the answer.

What to say about Cundall that isn't already said about a dictionary. He has to be one of the most intelligent people at Lehigh, and is a very nice person. However, he is superfluous and his tests are hard, so STUDY hard. Though I've heard the TA designs the test for this class, he's known for hard tests so I assume his handiwork was involved.

Comment:

The class is pretty tough but it is worth it. It requires a lot of work but it is a unique experience. Dr. Cundall may seem tough at first but he is a great professor and he makes the class worth it. He is very intelligent and likes to interact with his students a lot. He is available to help when you need it. It is a lot of work, but enjoyable.

Dr. Cundall at first can seem like a intimidating, condescending guy. His classes are hard, the material isn't the easiest to understand. But if you show up, you put the effort in and try to get something out of it other than good grades, he'll love you and he'll work with you. He's really a good guy deep down. Lehigh needs professors like him.

I wasn't very fond of Dr. Cundall when I took Bios 120 nor while taking Comp. Anatomy. However, after taking the class, I realized I learned a lot and he was a cool guy. I was easy to talk to and helped me out. He's also pretty funny. Be receptive and he'll like you.

it was tough, no doubt about it, but he is so willing to help if you ask. his exams are not impossible to study for, you take your notes and look at the major topic for each lecture, each will be a test question. The text for the course was clear, highly recommend actually reading it. And he treats his students like real people, so please grow up.

He awkwardly stops talking during lecture and asks questions that he doesn't want anybody to answer. Boring, awkward class... and you have to go to class to know what the tests are going to be on, the book just supplements his haphazard lecture. Tests are on random material.

He is a great guy if you have a thick skin. You need to do the work, & think. Show up, read, & actively participate. It is your education right? He has little respect for you if you have none for him or yourself. He is aloof & funny, but you have to earn his smile. One of the most memorable classes I took at lehigh. Bio dept. needs him!

The worst professor I have ever had. It would have been nice if he taught the correct material for the course. Don't bother working hard since your efforts will not be rewarded. And better yet you will get insulted on a daily basis.

He's brilliant and talented and has no patience for whiners. If you work hard, think before you speak, and show enthusiasm, he will help you a lot. If you slack, he'll slam you. So grow up before you take his class.
