Dr. Robison is truly a wonderful professor. His sense of humor is great and keeps you interested in the material. The aspect I found is that he does not structure the class which can be both a benefit and drawback. Nevertheless, he cares about his students and wants them to do well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Robison may be one of my favorite professors of all time at La Salle. He is exceptionally brilliant and wants his students to do well. He goes above and beyond to help you while providing great feedback. I was extremely engaged and learned very much in his class He is also approachable as well. I really suggest you take his class. This class was hard work. You have to go to class, you have to read, and you have to study for tests. When it's over you'll feel accomplished because he's so smart and really helps you learn the material. He's totally overqualified, hilariously sarcastic, and had a dry sense of humor. If you pass this class, then ECN201 is a breeze.

I would say that he is one of the best professors at La Salle. He helps a lot; he is always easily approachable and loves to teach. To me his class was easy, but others struggled. I guess it depends on the level of interest you have in the subject.I love economics.

Great teacher. Very helpful, and teaches class really good. Not organized lectures which doesn't work for all students. But his tests are EXTREMELY hard, i studied my ass off and struggled. but can make up grade with easy online quizzes and journal entries. Read the Philly Inquire!!

This guy's too good at his job.. he should be on Wall St. He used to do Economics consulting for $400 an hour, but gave it up because it was hurting his home life. Tests are hard, end of the term paper is even harder... unless you're an Econ major, don't take him.

Everyone that says this class is hard is either not interested in economics at all or is very lazy. You don't have to be a genius to get a good grade in this class. Just read the chapters and (oh no!) study for the tests. My high school economics class was harder than this one. Participate in class and ask for help if you need it, that's it!

You have to READ the chapters assugned. Does not lecture in a strucutured fashion because he lets his students decided the lectures based on their questions, you don't ask you don't learn. He's very approachable, as long as you're making the effort to learn early on in the semester. You CANNOT play catch up, and as thorough as possible on papers. If you're struggling in he class be sure to ask for some extra help, he'll set you up with a student tutor. ALWAYS show your work, he gives brownie points.

pure evil! makes you read every chapter, take a quiz on it, then will lecture you about how the book is wrong and teaches you what he wants to teach you. not helpful, not easy, and definitely not fun especially if you enjoy economics as much as i do. do yourself a favor, and find another teacher.

STUDENTS BE WARNED! Economics is a subject I actually enjoy, until I enrolled in this class. The test are hard, the class shouldnt be as hard, but it is, and the final paper is insane, and unfair on grading. I met with this teacher 2 times a week for a semester and was screwed! Take anyone else!!

He's a really nice guy, somewhat sarcastic. The subject is difficult. So no matter who you have for econ, it's going to be tough. Just study EVERYTHING for his tests, then you'll do alright.. i think

trys to force his political views on you instead of teaching economics. first day of class he tells us he is not trying to influence us on who to vote for but just tells us that he thinks president bush is the worst president of his lifetime.

Ok, so his class is tough. You were bound to have at least one. I was intimidated the whole time I was in there because I was a freshmen and most other people were juniors. He's not mean or anything, but is just the kind of guy that scares you a little
