One of the best at BMC. Take her because she is a wonderful teacher even if French isn't your passion. If you have any interest in being a professor/teacher in the future, take her class just to observe a truly great teacher at work.

Fantastic teacher. Probably one of the best at Bryn Mawr. Not easy, alot of work, but fantastic. You'll learn to love her and french at the same time and be amazed at your accomplishments by year end. I've had Janet Doner 3 times. Each class gets better and better.

She is an amazing professor. She is helpful, clear, fair and very approachable. The intensive French course she teaches can be very overwhelming for beginners but she never lets her students get overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend taking her class.

Outstanding professor, dedicated to the success of her students. Makes the material very apporachable, and easy to understand, and the is challenging without being too overwhelming. I would definetly recommend taking a course with her!
