Comment:

Dr. Lewis lectures a lot. He clearly knows a lot about his field and is passionate. He seems like a better political scientist than a professor. He often goes on tangents about things that aren't relevant or are just barely relevant. He assigns MANY readings per week and it feels as though you are teaching yourself more than he is teaching you.

Comment:

The first grade you receive from him will be a trend for the rest of your time in the major. He lectures from what he knows, and rarely cites the readings. However, he is kind, and genuinely wants his students to do well in life. I would recommend taking his classes, but not making it your major.

Dr. Lewis is a good guy and a very smart man but he's the reason I changed my major from Poli Sci to English. He tends to talk too much about British Politics in American Poli Sci classes. He's incredibly sweet but his teaching style isn't for everyone. Take him at your own risk.

Amazing. This professor is a flippin genius! Most people don't know it, but he attended Oxford U. on a full scholarship. He knows more than any other prof I have had.

I took courses from Prof. Lewis many years ago. Since that time, I've never, ever encountered anyone as intelligent as he is. He simply makes you want to be smarter, better informed, and successful. He is exactly why college was created.

Dr. Lewis is probably one of the best professors you'll ever have. If you keep up with the website, you'll do fine. He has his favorites. Take advantage of the option to co-author papers, and study for the tests using the TimeTables on the website. You're guaranteed a 'B' unless you're a complete Tard-o.

Comment:

Overall, one of the reasons why one would go to Huntingdon College. Likes to play around with electronics a bit much, but knows his stuff and will work with you if you need more time on something. Like I said a good professor.
