Great professor he makes it very clear that it's your grade and you get what you put into it. 2 exams midterm and final..questions are not easy and hard to find answers in text so pay attention to what he expound on during class and write it down along with the chapter and page number because i can guarantee it will be a question on the exam

Very easy professor! There is one case you need to read and answer questions to each week but as long as you do it, you will get full credit- he doesn't look for right or wrong answers. Mid-term and final are take home and open book/open notes and is given a wee before it is due. An easy "A" and GPA booster!

Very friendly, approachable, and quite knowledgeable about subject matter. Presents material in clear manner and will go into further detail upon request. Two tests (one final and mid-term), which were both, take home and fairly straightforward. Weekly assignments but not very time consuming. Took three classes with him, and plan on taking more.

A serious man, but very nice & knowledgeable! Highly recommend you take this class with another one since the workload is easy to handle. You will have assignments (3 questions on a case from the book weekly), take-home midterm exam and take-home final exam. This course is about understanding the laws & he is a Judge! Easy A.

Just show up and read from the book in class to answer your take home question assignment. Must be in class - attendance counts toward grade. He's boring, but an incredibly easy A. I didn't learn much, but I only did what was required (only read the parts of the book assigned to me for assignements or for the take home tests).

Class format was great .... without this format it would have been a lot tougher to absorb. Assignments reasonable and exams/papers were thought provoking. I recommend this to anyone taking more than one class .... workload is reasonable.

What a breeze, Mid-term and Final are both take home (only exams)home work evry week (easy). Exams are opinions on everyday situiations dealing with amendment rights, if you need a 500 or above and want a cake walk, this is it.

Not a bad class. Mid-term and final are take home and from the book. He does throw an curve ball on one of the mid-term questions that 85% of my class missed. Suggest that you partner up with a few others to make sure you have interrupted the questions currectly. Also, ask him what he is looking for on each question before leaving the class.

GREAT CLASS, a MUST take! He is interesting, knowledgeable and loves to banter over issues. Really interested in what students have to say and enjoys disucssing the issues raised in class. Got cornered into giving free legal advice by a couple of students which seemed really tacky.
