Comment:

The fastest grader I have ever had for a Prof. He was always staying late for extra help and quick at responding to emails. The textbook is online and FREE! He gives a study guide with the EXACT test questions and he picks a few from the guide to use for the test. Has a couple short papers, but you can rewrite them for a better grade if needed!!

Comment:

Dr. Mueller is a kind and calm professor, who is also knowledgeable. There are no handouts. He will give you reading assignments, but you really do not have to do all the reading as he goes over the material concisely in class. (Do notes in class) All his exams are selected questions directly from his study guide. Unexpectedly, I enjoyed his class.

Comment:

Dr. Mueller is overall a very nice guy. However, I don't think he is best fit to teach any 100-200 level courses. He lectures with no notes. He tends to find anything to take points off for, which will lower your grade. He gives you his test questions, but the answers he expects are insane. He also doesn't use blackboard so I was always paranoid.

Comment:

Lectures are interesting, but since there's no PPTs and it's an 8am it's hard to stay engaged. They get a little monotonous. Includes clever examples to try to keep you interested. Homework assignments are really easy, tests are unnecessarily difficult. Gives you the questions on the test beforehand, but sometimes answers don't align with lectures.

Dr. Mueller is amazing. I was excited to take my first Psych class, and he made me love it even more! He explains everything so clearly and puts it into terms that are easy to understand. He has an online textbook for this class so you don't have to spend any money either! He makes exams very easy and he's funny, so it makes you want to go to class

Comment:

Mueller is a good guy and good professor. He is always willing to answer questions that you have in class or by email. His test questions are given in advance because he wants you discuss and study with peers. He gives you a chance to revise papers for a grade. I'm glad attendance did not count. I felt bad, but I missed a few classes because 8am.

Dr. Mueller is a very intelligent man, and is very passionate about social psychology! However, he makes you work for your grade! There's a few easy assignments, but the exams can be very challenging despite him giving the questions (All short answer). You really need to study for them in advance, and he's a very tough grader!

Great professor and very passionate about what he teachers. BEWARE OF LONG LECTURES. I took two of his courses and loved it, but now I am in another PSY class here and am happy for the change in teaching styles. Despite that he is a funny man who tries to make his lectures more fun in any way he can. He will also talk about his love for his dogs

Dr. Mueller is such an amazing professor. His lectures and related assignments are relevant and worthwhile. While the specific seminar that I took was on Psychology of Helping, I learned a lot about a variety of different topics. I can truthfully say that this class literally changed my life. Take this course, put in the work, it will be worth it

Dr. Mueller is a wonderful professor. He is picky in terms of what he is looking for, but go see him and he'll clarify anything. First test is rough. It gets better though. Pretty easy overall in my opinion

Great professor. Lectures are interesting, and he even cracks a few jokes. Tests and projects are difficult and he is picky in what he expects. But, he is always available for help and answers all your questions.

He was alright. Good at explaining stuff. Knew what he was talking about. Returned assignments quickly. Lots of chances to earn points. Overall decent class.

Comment:

Dr. Mueller's class seems like a very easy class to blow off... but then you're hit with his tests. Ouch. They are very difficult but if you study you will get a decent grade. Despite this, the class is very easy and at times fairly fun.

He is a tough grader and although i fell asleep in class a ton, he has good discusions. His tests are difficult in which you need to study for at least a week. If you are willing to work then this is the class for you.

Dr. Mueller is one of the best professors I have ever had. He uses great examples and stories for all the concepts and his lectures are always interesting. He is a very fair grader and gives opportunities for re-writes on essays!
