I had Dr. Breutzman for statistics during May term and it could not have been an easier class. We were given approximately no more than 5 problems of hw per day and his quizzes are literally the exact same style of questions as the hw. I didn't show up for majority of the sessions and ended with an 94% and a 95% on the Final. Easy class/teacher

The best professor in Wartburg! I took a Math statistics class with him on May term and I love that professor. He is clear and lets you use calculators, mini tabs, excel or any other machine that makes your life easier. Gives daily home works and that is really helpful for the quizzes he gives. I highly recommend to take his class for stats.

the class was a waste of time. it should more have been a computer science credit, since he focused so much on the programming aspect of it. i had no idea what he was saying most of the time, and i do very well in all other math classes. he was way too picky with his grading. i dreaded going to the class every day.

We got out of class early pretty much every day, but sometimes he can be hard to follow, and he moves really fast. Tests are way nice tho cuz he gives you options of what problems you want to do and you can use MAPLE.

breutzmann's class was pretty easy, especially compared to other math profs. he explains stuff pretty well. the tests are pretty easy, plus you can use any calculator and/or maple on the tests. there isnt too much hw either. pretty easy class if thats what you're looking for.

He is my favorite professor ever! He's super smart and most importantly, he's really nice and understanding/willing to help. I had a calendar class that I thought I would hate, but he made it fun. Even though I am terrible at math, I loved this class becuz of him and I wish I could take it again. I really miss having class with good ol' Brutzy.

Although it was a summer course, he was very very easy going and very flexible about the scheduel. He taught things very simply so things were easy to understand. If you can, take stats with him because it was a breeze.

He is very anal about every aspect of the class. While this can get a little annoying at times, it helps us learn the material better. I'm glad he teaches it, given it is a specific subject that most high schools don't offer. It is also nice given that it is the basis for nearly all college math.
