NOT elementary spanish. He made it so hard to grasp. Only take him if you know spanish. The class was structured like high school. SOOO much homework and the "quizzes" were 10 pages long and extremely hard and only counted for 5% each of your grade. But he is nice

Comment:

One of my favorite teachers at St. Joseph's and I don't even like Spanish! Very caring and always willing to help. Homework due every class, but it isn't a lot of work. He's extremely easy to understand. I would highly recommend him!

Fazzina is a really great guy. I've never taken spanish before so I had a hard time adjusting...but he is very helpful. Downside is homework due every class and a bunch of stuff due for each test.

Great teacher for someone who has never taken Spanish before.He is such a sweet man. You must do your hw. He tells you everything that will be on the tests and the final. There is a speaking part for the final but it is only 10pts and he basically gives everybody the full 10 pts.Highly recommended

I had never taken Spanish before this summer. I took 151 with E. Randazzo in June and 152 with Fazzina in July. I found Fazzina patient and the constant verbal class participation was very helpful. This is a Spanish class, you will speak it here, and if you don't do the homework or show up to class then you are wasting your money and his time!

Professor Fazzina is one of the nicest professors I've had. I should have been in a higher level spanish class but I was put in 151 to begin and it was a breeze. He reads directly from the book and assigns homework every class but it's not difficult. His tests are easy as long as you study. I definitely recommend taking a class with him!

He is an extremely nice man. I never took Spanish before, and he is so hard to understand. I didn't learn anything, however, he realized I never took Spanish. I went to almost every class, and did all the homework but I didn't pass one test. He still passed me with a B. He's very understanding.

easy if you took spanish in high school. lots of homework make sure you do it if not you are screwed. will take it late but he will not pass you if you dont do the homework. if you never took spanish before avoid him because he is very fast pace.

This is my first time every taking Spanish, Mr. Fazzina isn't clear about anything he teaches.I feel like I've learned nothing from the class. I just get more confused and feel like I need to teach myself the lessons. Everything is in spanish, if its your first time, dont get him as a teacher, its horrible. He is however, a very nice man.

Awesome teacher! Very helpful, funny, and clear. He gave a lot of homework, but it wasn't too bad. He made the class fun. He was always available for extra help outside of class, and went over tests. I tell all my friends that need Spanish to take him!
