Easy A, but only the top grade gets an A+, so you can get 99% and still only get an A. Some of the information in her lectures is outdated, but she'll correct it when pointed out. For Cultural Anthropology, I think way too much time was dedicated to learning about shamanism, voodoo, and divination and not enough dedicated to practical application.

I agree with above poster:"The lectures are extremely informative, but not overly detailed and long. She also mixes a little humor into it, which helps a lot." She is awesome. my only complaint is that I paid for a book I never used. Her lecture had all the info in it.

She is fabulous. I have taken her for Physical and Cultural Anthropology. The lectures are extremely informative, but not overly detailed and long. She also mixes a little humor into it, which helps a lot. If you love the subject or just need to fill up for full-time credits you won't regret adding either class.

Love her! Very nice, helpful and makes a point to be available to students. I took this class online and there's no way anyone should fail unless they deliberately do not read the lectures, etc. Great professor.

Kathy is awesome! I wanted to go hang out with her after class. Best anthropology teacher ever. Easy assignments, easy tests, very informative, interesting classes. Highly recomended!
