He is very confusing throughout class. He knows what he is talking about but has a very difficult time explaining this to the class. Sort of rambles on throughout the entire class and is confused when no one understands. Went for help outside of class and just told me "I don't know how to help you." One of the worst professors at Etown College.

Dr. Degoede will go out of his way to help his students! A bit foggy getting information out but uses demonstrations to help. All questions on tests are from multiple choice quizzes done online beforehand. Interesting material!

His class was close to impossible. I didn't understand anything. I felt like he jumped around a lot and rushed through the material. I didn't really have a good grasp on the material even though I had taken AP calculus BC and honors physics in high school. He wasn't helpful because he just wasn't clear & didn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend him.

He's a wonderful guy, if you're planning on taking any physics courses try to take it with him. He goes way out of his way to help his students. Yes he will challenge you but you will actually learn the material from him

Professor DeGoede is an extremely nice guy, who is always willing to help you. However, the course material is difficult. Please do not let anyone fool you by telling you that this course will lead you to an "easy a."

Not the easiest material to understand, but he does everything he possibly can to help you understand it. He grades extremely easily so if you do the work you will be fine for the class. No test only short quizes with free points built in. He makes the classes interesting by using demonstrations all throughout the class.

Clearly one of the best professors at Etown. His more advanced classes are quite difficult, but he makes up for it with his flexibility and his willingness to help. If you have to take physics, sign up with him.

He's a really nice guy. Lots of demos in class. Makes a boring subject tons of fun. The way he presents physics (which I usually hate) is very intresting and exciting. And he's pretty hot to top it all off.
