By far the worst professor I have ever had. This women is on a power trip, she thinks she is fantastic and she's wrong. She is extremely unapproachable and intimidating. Don't even bother trying to talk to her. The tests are damn near impossible and unlike most professors who like to see their students succeed she prefers them to fail.

L. Day is a fun teacher and extremely interesting. She is great at what she does, but A+P class is just a difficult class in general regardless of who teaches it. If you are taking it, you are best off with her teaching it.

Okay not as bad as i had heard, it is a hard class in general and although she is a very good teacher, her tests are VERY difficult, you cannot just memorize the information you have to completely understand it to do well on her tests. The lab for this class is the hardest part, with many practicals. A+P is just alot of material to learn

really hard class but you get what you put into it. she is very helpful in answering any questions. attendance isnt mandatory but she gives class quizzes on random days through a clicker system. most people have to take this class, so read the book, do well in lab, use all the study materials she provides and study at least a week before an exam.

hardest course i have ever taken in my life, extremely fast paced easy to fall and stay behind, this women is on a power trip i found her extremely unapproachable and intimidating, tests were the most difficult tests out of any course..she eases up a bit on the finals but over all this course dropped my GPA big time

L. Day is an amazing professor, but you can't get an A from just sitting there and listening to her. What you put in is what you will get. But you will get MUCH more from L.Day than just A&P than any other professors. She is an extremely admirable professor and if I could I would take every class she teaches. She's mentor status, and Brilliant.

Best professor ever. Exams are difficult, but she is very helpful if you go to office hours. She even jokes around once in awhile. After having some other professors in the health field, I just think, "Wow. I miss L. Day."

I can't believe the good ratings she has on here. She is a very hard prof, and is basically out to get us. She makes some of her questions impossible, changes the syllabus, and doesn't like to help. Makes you feel incredibly stupid if you ask questions she doesn't like. Very unapproachable. I just had a horrible time and experience.

She's an AMAZING professor! If your in the health field then her class is mandatory but FUN, entertaining, and in depth! Pay attention in class, either bring the slide printouts or a laptop because she moves quickly. Her exams aren't easy but if you prepare and go to class you'll do fine.
