I had her for a winter term class and I personally did not really like her. She clearly was going through a rough time at home and it showed in class and he would talk about her recent divorce with the class. Awkward. The class was easy all the way through until the final paper at the end where she was very unclear and unhelpful.

Beuerle is a wonderful professor. She constantly makes really dry humor type jokes & makes everything insanely clear & easy to understand. This stats class was easier than any other class I'd taken in high school, but not even just because the content was easy-- she just made everything very clear and went over any questions you had. Take her!

GREAT STAT TEACHER! throughout high school i struggled with math and was in the low level classes. i was worried not having took statistics before, but i got an A- in this class. You need to go to class, but dont worry she often cancels it and during review sessions and after quizzes you can usually leave.

I ADORE her. It's so easy to understand because she writes it all out in a very clear picture on the board every class period. It's impossible to screw it up. Plus, she's always there for her students. And VERY funny. And super chill. Take her. You won't be sorry.

Class is so easy. Just take notes and look over before tests, and you'll do fine. Always has office hours for help, makes class funny. It is one class I do not dread going to ever

Definitely take her for calculus! She is so nice and friendly and tries to be funny to keep class fun. Notes are clear and the tests and quizzes aren't hard at all. She is always willing to help and make sure you understand the material. Plus, there isn't an attendance policy and homework isn't checked.

her tests are significantly harder than her quizzes, with questions that I have never even seen on a review or a homework assignment. she's a nice person, and great for a good math student. if you aren't good at math, prepare for hours of studying/office hours to get a C, if you're lucky.

Professor Beuerle is one of the best teachers on campus! She is so friendly and enjoys getting to know her students. She is always willing to help and is very lenient with coming to class and homework. She's so down to earth and often tells stories. Not hard to get an A...take her class!

beuerle's best teaching trait is her awareness of rhythm. pretty good at keeping the class engaged as well as not leaving anyone behind. pretty cool actually, and really helpful if you even need help in a statistics class. she keeps it pretty standard and doesn't throw any surprises at you.

If you teach yourself with the book watch out. She assigns lots of optional hw in the various sections the tests and quizes will be on but instead of making up the tests with the most frequently occuring problem types found in the book as would make sense, she instead mostly makes up her tests off of problem types that make up like 10% of the HW.

Professor Beuerle is AWESOME! She actually makes statistics really interesting!! Sometimes it's hard and you have to pay attention, take notes, and study outside of class to do well, but it's totally possible even for someone who's not so great at math! Please take her! You won't regret it at all!!!!!

Class is so simple, never too boring. Can tell when students "are done" with the lesson and will finish class early. Always offers extra help, class seems in a way too easy at times but is a really easy A and you do feel like you're learning something.

Prof. Beuerle is great! Explains everything in class, and is lalways willing to help during office hours. Uses her TA very well. Wondeful professor. As noted earlier, labs are a little vague, but if you take the initiative to see her for an explanation, she will clear up any confusion. Highly recommended!!!!

Practically holds your hand to get you through the class, but at the same time you learn something. A couple of annoyingly vague computer projects, but tests are easy. Definitely take her for stats if you don't like math - extremely helpful Also, the class is calculator-based; you hardly have to do any calculations by hand unlike other stats profs.
