Comment:

Professor Champion gives the most energetic and hilarious lectures ever. She is very enthusiastic about government and always stays on topic. She gives reaction papers and cartoon analysis papers both of which are very easy. Her power point slides make note taking easy, but make sure to come to class or you wont do well on the tests. Five stars!

She's truly a great professor. You actually learn in her class and her lectures are extremely helpful! If you don't go to class you probably won't pass, but she makes class entertaining and a fun learning environment.

I loved having Ms. Champion for my Texas government professor! Her lectures were interesting and her powerpoints made taking notes easy. If you take good notes and study them her tests will be easy. Take from her if you have a chance!

I love Professor Champion! She's so nice and funny in her lectures. I am actually waiting to take her US Gov class in another semester since it won't work out this round. If you have to take Government I recommend taking her class! She's very organized and shows videos that are actually relevant.

I took the summer sessions of U.S. and Texas government with her and they were both great classes. Lectures can be long in the summer sessions and government can be a pretty dry topic but she makes it enjoyable. Pay attention in class and write your papers and you will get the grade you want. I definitely recommend her.

I took her last fall for US Gov and built my spring schedule around her TX Gov classes so I could take her again. Government is easily one of my least favorite subjects but her lectures were easy to pay attention to and learn from. Easily one of my favorite professors, almost wish I had to retake her class! Take notes every lecture & you'll be fine

Great professor. Even though Texas Government is a really dry subject that I have almost no interest in, she does a really great job of trying to make it interesting. All you do is take notes from a powerpoint and watch a few videos. She'll elaborate on something if you don't understand. Also very approachable.

What can I say? I am glad I took her! :D She is really cute and funny. I have no interest in government but she actually made it very interesting for me. Her tests are hard, however the 4 papers are very easy and the 5th one is an extra credit.

She is very sweet and extremely entertaining! I would reccomend her to the fullest. You shouldn't need the book unless you need great detail to understand. I hate learning Government but she has taught in a way that makes the class enjoyable. Also, don't miss a day or you will find yourself in a bind.

Marcee is one of the best professors at Austin CC. She made a very dry and boring subject very interesting and fun. I would highly recommend her to any student. This doesn't mean she is easy. You have to study for the tests, but if you come to class and take good notes, you should do well. The assigned papers were easy and enjoyable to complete.

I was not excited about taking this class but she made learning about government enjoyable. She is one of the nicest professors i've ever had! The exams can be hard because some of the m/c questions are tricky and confusing. She is also very helpful on the 4 papers. I would take a class with her again!

Absolutely fantastic professor. Don't buy the book if you can make it to every class. Every bit of info you need will be delivered thru powerpoint. That said, she keeps the class constantly involved with a positive and friendly demeanor. Always energetic and helpful. The papers due are guaranteed As just for forming cohesive thoughts.

Horrible!! If you can't make it good luck on getting any notes from her....apparently she doesn't hand out what was already given to the class and if you try to get help and "upset her" then she docks points off of your reviews and analysis....which in her words can't be wrong because its your opinion, yeah until she reads it.
