Sra. is a delightful woman. She does not allow students to fall back on English, but for this level of Spanish, that's to be expected. She will clarify if you're confused. Her assignments are very clear and easy to do. There is usually a reading every class which is usually interesting. If you do those readings, you'll do well in the class.

She is a really sweet woman, but a horrible teacher. Her style of teaching does not work. She piles lists of words on you and says memorize. Class is not helpful, but still mandatory. Her tests are unclear and she doesn't clarify your questions during them. I wish she wasn't so nice because I feel bad saying this, but AVOID her if you can.

Sweet lady, terrible professor. Expects you to be fluent, won't explain anything. Called my class stupid when we didn't understand something. Talks super fast and can't understand her. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS

She is the sweetest lady! While her classes may be dull at times, she has a love for the language (being Puerto Rican in descent). She doesn't use much English and the tests can be difficult, but the material you learn in class is culturally-based and very intriguing. Can't wait to take her again!

Dolly is cool, and her class is alright. not too much, and not too little.. she is funny and makes learning spanish fun. gives alot of quizzes but they arent bad if u study a lil bit and pay attention in class. can be a lil too specific in how she wants things done, but overall it was a good class. I would take her again.

overall she is a terrible teacher, she expects you to know way too much and she doesnt teach very well at all. she is also a very tough grader, and doesnt prepare you for the tests. she is a nice lady, but that is about the only positive thing i have to say about her.

She expects too much out of you at the 102 level. On papers she thinks you will have perfect grammar. And when you fix all her comments for the final draft, she takes off more points for other things that she marks. And be prepared because her way is the final word in the classroom

I love Senora Goddard! She is very motherly and makes coming to class fun. However, she is not an easy grader! I'm a SPAN major and got a B+. But she will definitely get you speaking Spanish and improve your skills. She's willing to help you with anything (she's like my second advisor, although not officially) and is totally understanding. :)

For spanish 102 she assumes that you know more than you really do, and that is what bothers me. I come from a very good college prep high school usually getting straight A's in spanish. Here I have like a B or B+, but you are expected to know a lot more in Spanish 102.
