Comment:

Naima Brown is one of two influential instructors I have had in my life. I highly recommend this course with her at the helm. The exams were straight out of the book, but more importantly the class was fun and she made you want to participate. I can't say enough great things about her! She truly is one of a kind!

Comment:

One of the few teachers I really remember at SFC. She isn't scared to share who she is and how events in her life have changed her and I really admire her for that. Easy A if you study and attend lectures. She is vocal. This was the only class I ever got personally yelled at by a teacher in for turning in an assignment wrong. Still 5* teacher!

Comment:

Great professor who made class interesting and got students involved. Called everyone by name and people actually liked coming to her class. 3 exams which were easy with the study guide and a total of 15 papers all about 1 page each. She does not accept late work! I made an A and would defiantly take her again.

Ms. Brown is the best teacher i have ever had. she makes classes really fun and interesting. 4 tests 50 questions, super easy extra credit: take a HIV test and watch a movie at school. she really has a commanding voice. she gets the students involved in the class. when i went to her class it was the BEST PART OF MY DAY.she is not teaching anymore:(

Great professor! I loved her. Had no interest in this class at first, and she made it fun and exciting. Take her for Marriage and Family. Great sense of humor. Very easy class. Made an A in the class without really studying at all. She gets you to APPLY what you learn to your personal life. Four 50 question tests for our class, 5 short papers.

Dr.Brown is the most amazing teacher ever! Her class is fun and she teaches with a ton of enthusiasm! This class is an easy a as long as you do your study guides for the tests. She treats all of her students with respect and works hard to call everyone by their name. Going to her class makes your day!

Ms. Brown was an amazing teacher. I took her for Marriage and Family and I would take her over and over again. She makes her lectures funny and rememberable. Her test are a breeze (as long as you do your study guide) and i never missed a class period the whole semester.. If you want to learn about family and marrigae...TAKE HER!

This class is a blast. She teaches with enthusiasm and makes you want to know more by the end of class. I loved just going to class and listening to the lectures. Make sure you take notes! 70% of the material is from notes, the rest from book.

Dr. Brown is an EXCELLENT teacher!!! It's clear she knows her stuff, she has a great personality & teaches with so much passion. She made this class really FUN for me! Exams were pretty easy as long as you keep up with the study guide. I don't know if she'll be teaching anymore, but if she is - I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

This teacher was one of the most interesting teachers I've had in my college experience. She was great and very energetic everyday. She is also the funniest teachers I've encountered in college and she also uses it to her advantage to interact with her students while keeping them interested in the subject. This teacher was excellent!

I loveddddd this class! sooo easy and she's a great teacher. she's loud so you understand what she's saying and it works so well! everything I was taught in this class I remember thanks to her. She's super nice and this was my favorite class because she makes every class fun and exciting wether your class is dull and boring. lol take herrrrr!

She's a little intimidating at first because she's very loud, but she's just enthusiastic about what she does and she tries to help everyone understand the material. Extremely fun class and her essay assignments are easy! Study your notes and the book for the tests, which are scenario based questions and extremely easy. Highly recommend taking her!
