Neal forces you to push yourself in and out of class. He gives you enough detail you know what to do, but he does not hold your hand. He encourages you to help each other with assignments because concepts in this class are new. Also, he gives a lot of inspirational talks and shows ways people use engineering to help others.

This professor is not for the "non-math-minded" of students. He goes lightening fast in his lectures and will not slow down for the "slow ones." Does not base his problems from the book, but opts instead for much more difficult ones that he "knows" we are somehow capable of. Rarely empathetic toward students' struggles. Calculus is included. :/

OH my goodness! Neal Ninteman is by far one of the best professors at George Fox. I love his teaching style, how he talks to his students, I love that he is passionate about what he does here. Pretty much, I think he deserves a falculty award, because he is rockin' awesome.
