Class taken with Param is a pillar to the BW business program. His philosophy of management is revolutionary. Highly recommended class for the individual learning to enjoy themselves and seeking a perspective that will provide the lens to focus on transferring that fulfillment to their professional careers. *If you barely go, you miss the insight.

Param is a great guy! But the class was a joke. I took Intro to Management and i barely ever went. I still got an A in his class. Lots of people love him and I think it has to do with the way he teaches but doesnt really teaches. He uploads PowerPoints and lets you use it on the one (1) test you have that counts. Easy A, do take it!

I took Param for my FYE (the art of paradigm busting) and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for this class. It isnt difficult or much work and it really opens your eyes/changes your perspective on some things so it is perfect for your first semester. I agree he lacks structure or discipline but it is refreshing and not over the top!

Param is the man! Makes you think about life and what's important in it. Easy, easy A if you just do the work. Gives extended time to always turn in what's due btw. Funny guy that farts at least 4-5 times a class. Downfall-he's not very organized but he admits it. Final was group exam, open book with only two grades given an A or B. Take this guy!

What's left to say about Param. He is THE professor to take at BWs business school. If I think about about my education experiences, by the insights that I took and how the professor made me feel. Param delivers this in spades! He will change your outlook on life and people. Recommended.

409-D was amazing. This professor is creative in his teaching methods that makes the student think. I liked it because it was different then any other class. There was allot of reading which was very helpful for management styles. I highly recommend this class or any he teaches.

I took 409D and was amazed by Param. He teaches students that you must not loose your individualism while working in a company. His methods are creative and unique which I found to be inspiring in his lecture. The class is not your usual setting of teacher talks student listens, it shows a student to get out of their comfort zone A+ class

I got tired of this guy's lack of discipline really fast. Course is a bunch of stories and off topic rants. No real value in that. Nice addition to a busy schedule though. Grade in class consisted of giving the top 16 finals an A and the bottom 16 a B. Nothing else really mattered. Interesting articles, but 100% self learning with no help.

Easily one of the most positive and helpful professors ever. He took an early morning class with dull material and made it interesting! He gave real life examples and elaborated on class material when necessary. He was flexible but not a push-over which was great. His grading was fair and would take the time to explain where work was needed.

The best professor that B-W has. You learn from him a lot by being present in class. A very interesting way of teaching. It would be a pleasure to take other classes with him. Param is by far the best professor I have ever had. Not only was his class educational & amusing, it was life changing. Everyday I see myself using the concepts and ideas of what he taught me in class. Though I only had him for 1 semester, his teachings will last with me forever. My friends/co-students who know him also think the world of him!

Your experience at BW is not complete without taking a class with Param! He is an absolute riot - I loved going to his class! His classes are a nice change of pace from other classes at BW. He is a very engaging professor, and I was able to learn a lot from his class. Great prof!
