SO BORING. She is a nice lady, but sitting through the class for an hour and 20 minutes is really difficult. I think she forgot that this is a 1000 level course because the tests are long and hard. Expect at least 100 questions on your first exam. She offers up to 4 extra credit point on your final grade. Required to go see a dance concert

Easy fine arts requirement. She pretty much tells you most of the test questions during a review session. If you go to class or look at the Powerpoints you can manage a B without putting in much effort at all.

Patti weeks is a horrible teacher. She is so boring you will want to kill yourself. Bascially all you do is roll on the floor. Also, dont get hurt because I got hurt the last 2 weeks of the semester and she failed me. She has no sympathy for dancers who dance atleast 6-7 hours a day. Dont take the class unless you want to go insane.

She is the worst teacher that I had thise semester. I thought that dance was going to be easy, but the questions that she puts on the tests are confusing. When she speaks, you better write down everything she says, b/c it will be on the test. And when she says that things won't be tested. THEY WILL BE ON THERE!!!

she is one of the hardest dance teachers I have had she is so picky and she wants things done exactly her way she has made alot of students change their major including me she should retire and not teach I don't like her at all

Do not take Ms. Weeks for dance 1000. She is so boring and drab. Her notes are not well done and are only done on the board. She also made us go to the library and view dance tapes etc. and we had to make up a dance. Not a good teacher

Patti is very helpful, and always trys to comment on everyone in the class. she repeats combinations a lot, even if you've known them for a week, which is kind of a waste of time. a lot of time is wasted in class also with floor exercises.
