Totally agree with all the comments. Great professor, approachable, enthusiastic, and fun. Expects you to work though. Very fair. A great person. You will learn much. If you are a serious student, take his courses. Brilliant mind. His DISs are just as informative as his courses because he takes the time to prepare them. You will love his courses.

I agree with many of the things said here about Fleming. He's enthusiastic and approachable. A good professor requires more than these qualities, however. Most of our work was straight from the book, reading sentences aloud: high school stuff. It was mind-numbingly repetitious. Nice guy, but has no imagination in how he approaches the material.Blah

the best professor i have eve had, bar none.he is the most fascinating, lively and warmhearted teacher there is. he should be teaching other teachers. he always helps you learn, even when you struggle he makes sure that you dont sink. i took one class with him and i was hooked, i think in the end i finished with about 6 or more classes from him.

Fleming is the man!! I took him once and then the next semester took another of his classes even though I didn't need the class at all. You will never have a better, more enthusiastic professor than him.

Fleming is awesome, he is the teacher that loves what he does and is ALWAYS in a good mood. If some day you don't want to participate or you are late a lot he doesn't give you trouble. He helps you so much if you need it and he laughs all the time...take him, he's great!
