Comment:

Hes incredibly rude and one of the most unethical human beings I have ever met. Very inappropriate and should not be allowed to teach on a college campus. He is an incredible musician but his opinion on other types of art is very shallow. He treats his students like they are beneath him. Do not take his class.

Comment:

Taking Piano I from him. He knows his stuff. I'm very impressed with him! But be warned, Baca isn't for everyone. He relies on playing tests to test your skill, and he will single you out. He's never been rude to anyone in class, but, it can be different for those not used to this style. Practice, work hard, and you'll learn a lot and have it easy.

The class itself is easy but Baca is completely rude. He belittles students and makes them feel dumb in class. I hated going to this class because of how he treats students. By the end of the semester more than half the class quit showing up. The work is a piece of cake, but the professor is horrible.

Dr. Baca is absolutely rude! He talks down to his students and makes you feel like an idiot. Does not have a very Christ like attitude and is disrespectful. He definitely plays favorites, don't get on his bad side if you want a good grade. He doesn't grade papers fairly even if you go to the writing center. Tests are really easy, show up to class.

I was skeptical of Dr. Baca at first. Some of my dim-witted friends didn't give Dr. Baca very high marks, so I went into the class with a pre-conceived opinion. Dr. Baca blew that up with dynamite on the first day. Cool guy, laid back, and knows his stuff. Taking good notes and studying the vocab from the chapters should get you an A.

I took this in a mini and,it was a super easy class. I got an A without trying. But it's really annoying because you aren't allowed to have laptops in class and he really watches for texting. Pay attention to the powerpoints & you'll do fine! I never read a word out of the book! He's an easy grader on the papers/presentations. Mini's the way to go.

One of the most funniest Teacher I have ever met. All depends upon his moods. As othes have said, read the notes and its enough for the Exams.He has no idea what is he doing. No use of being attenitve, as he has no eyes for it.He has his own favorites.

Knows what he is talking about, but he is a litte off his rocker...ok maybe a lot. He also tends to pick on the Asian students. He talks about living overseas and al his experiences but truthfully he has NO idea what he is talking about. Also the end of the semester, it is a waste to be there all you do is watch lame opera and such. Easy over all
