Very good professor. You have 4 papers worth 25 points each. He grades them very easy. You have 4 tests - 100 points each. You do have to study but they're not bad at all. He knows his stuff. His tests are not straight definitions - you have to apply what you know (situational questions).

FAVORITE CLASS! I loved Roy Whitehead. He's entertaining, helpful, and very straight-forward. Come to class and take notes. Test questions come straight from his lecture, nothing tricky. Very fun and easy!

Comment:

This is hands down my favorite business class. Mr. Whitehead is an amazing professor. There are 3 tests, 4 case reports, and a final. He provides you with tons of real life examples of the material as well. I can actually understand some of the terms that lawyers use now!

I still have a month left in the class but so far it has been very low stress. We have to do 4 article briefs (which aren't really hard but you do have to read and understand the laws) He goes over everthing in class pretty clearly. I enjoy his stories and he makes the class interesting. If you read the chapters twice, you'll get A's.

His English was very difficult to understand for me. The papers were short and easy. The exams are pretty hard, but it seems that he curves a lot. My test grades were horrible that I feared to fail, but ended up getting a B somehow. The attendance is not mandatory but class materials are going to be on the exam so probably it's better to show up.

Great teacher, makes the class entertaining. Some of his stories are out there and humorous. DO NOT do any other classes work during his class. You may have the cops called on you to escort you out.

Mr. Whitehead is AWESOME. He has a lot of experience and he is very smart. He is also very funny and has an arsenal of entertaining cases. Class is easy too so TAKE HIM!!!

Comment:

Whitehead is incredibly and painfully boring. I wanted to be a lawyer...not anymore. His lectures are merely reading out the book. I loved business law I (granted, I didn't have Whitehead), but business law II is unbearable. The only upside is that it is easy, but if you're looking to enjoy class, do not take this course.

Great teacher. His lectures are interesting. The tests are basically straight from notes but the book is a good review. The case briefs are not hard and I thought they helped me when it came to the tests. He is very helpful and acts like he actually enjoys his job.

Mr. Whitehead is a nice professor. The test is basicly from all the cases that he mentions in class. You have to do 3 cases , but they are really easy. He is willing to help you if you ask him. He gives a good review before the test
