I am not a big fan of tax, but I learned more in this class, as well as her tax 2 class than any other class at JU. Dr. O'Keefe treats her tax students differently than her bus law students. It is a much more professional environment. Attend class and show that you are putting in the effort and she will do her best to help you get a good grade.

Very good professor. Very intelligent. Exams are usually graded with an above 100-point criteria. Point system for overall grade. Very helpful. Very nice. Can't be lazy to not do the bare minimum. She works with her students. I love her.

Best professor at JU. She cares. It is a class that is hard but you learn so much. Would rather take a B in this class and learn what I have instead of an easy A and not remember anything. It is an elective class worth taking.

I had her during a very trying time in my life, and she was single-handedly one of the most challenging, engaging, and intelligent professors I ever had at JU. be prepared to do work, defend your viewpoint, and engage with her everyday. Honestly, this class and Dr. O'Keefe changed my life. It's hard, but well-worth it.

Very nice lady who knows what she is talking about. She is intimidating at first but she grows on you. She uses a lot of real life examples and is very clever. Great and very fun class with a workload that really is not that heavy. Tip: Always answer the question that is asked.

Dr O?Keefe knows her stuff well, and she keeps the class very structured. NOT an easy class, and you really have to read and do the assignments, but she keeps it interesting with real life examples. Bonus: once you?ve reached 100 points on your assignments, you can stop doing them. I had never expected to enjoy a Law class before I took this one.

All the aspects of a great prof! Genuinely enjoys seeing students succeed and gives them more than enough of an oppotunity to do so. Not easy however it is extremly doable if you read and study. You must read and take good notes. Pay close attention to her and you should be fine. Difficult yet fun, and she makes it very interesting and applicabl.

Great teacher. Admittedly I miss class a lot cause its too early for me, but in the ones I've gone to I've gotten enough knowledge to get a good grade. Great sense of humor and very approachable. Tests are tough but fair. Course material is very practical. One of the better teachers at JU.

One of the best teachers i will ever have. Makes class fun and very interesting. it's almost impossible to fail. m/c and t/f tests... sometimes take home short answer tests. gives really easy and quick homework and gives lots of opportunities for points. took group quizzes as well. She is one of the BEST!
