She isnt a teacher for those looking for easy A's. Anatomy itself is very hard but compared to other profs. she is the best. MAJORITY OF YOUR GRADE IS THE WORK YOU PUT IN. She's good in the sense that she will clarify things and goes over the actual lecture test but labs are all about how much you're willing to study. She also gives alot of E.C.

i would definitely NOT take this class. She judges how often you come to class and she is very mean when it comes to asking questions. I personally feel like this class gave me more anxiety than anything else. You must be a FAST note taker and be able to memorize chapters within a day. ALL OF THESE RATINGS ARE LIES. SHE GOES OFF TOPIC A LOT.

She's is honestly the best anatomy professor at IVC. The reason why Anatomy is hard is that you have to do a lot of studying outside of class. But you will do fine as long as you listen to what she says. She has very clear criteria for what you need to know in her class. Also, she puts in a lot of extra credit for every lab, lecture, quizzes, etc.

Shadi is an extraordinary professor, she gives at least ten points of extra credit opportunities every test, plus other EC opportunities during dissection and quizzes. It's anatomy, there is going to be a lot of information but with her method of teaching and good study habits you will learn so much. Take her!!

Overall, she is an OK professor. This is my first biology class since highschool and it was extremely tough. Long lectures but reading out of the book is mandatory. Labs are doable. ASK QUESTIONS. She is willing to help if you ask questions, but she did not give clear answer to me.

She is definitely one of the best Anatomy professors at IVC. Although Anatomy is inherently difficult and takes A LOT of studying outside of class, Shadi makes it very clear what you need to know and doesn't make it any harder than it needs to be. She also offers 10+ points of extra credit on the exams. I would definitely recommend!

AMAZING professor. She's pretty difficult and I think that makes people dislike her but she's just being straightforward and honest with her students. If you ask for help, she will make sure you understand the material completely. She takes notice of those who are actively trying and rewards that.

Great professor! Very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Tells you what you need to know.Quizes and exams were pretty straightforward but not necessarily easy.Gives you extra credit options, which helped a lot.Non-cumulative final.Only downside=classes on Friday nights and Saturday mornings.Other than that, totally recommend Prof. Haeri!

She is one of the nicest professors I've ever had. No matter how many questions we asked during lab, she never lost her cool. Very knowledgeable. The best part about this class was that she is clearly on our side, and didn't try to make the class more stressful than it had to be. I really enjoyed this class.

Took her lab - EASY and fun. Will pass you if you go to all of them and try your best. Lecture I am taking now and is harder but she tries really hard to help you. I like her a lot. :) Definitely take this class and try your best! She appreciates that!

Great teacher! She made Biology easy to understand. Willing to help you out if you don't understand the things. Took an 8 week course and got an A. 100% of the quiz are from her lecture, 70-80% mostly from lecture, some from reading of textbook.
